Announcement
Your accessories should echo your personality, so say goodbye to the run of the mill and hello to fresh, funky and alternative jewellery.
Focusing on color and textural distortion, our pieces rarely start life as a sketchbook doodle. They are more likely to evolve from playful experimentation.
The handcrafted processes used, ensure no two aluminium pieces will ever be completely identical. They bear individual quirks making them as unique.
If you're searching for a 10th wedding anniversary present but are sick of the monotony of the high street then look no further! Aluminium and tin are the traditional materials used to celebrate a 10th wedding anniversary due to their strength, durability and flexibility. Anodising is one of the most durable surface finishes available. Used to alter the surface chemistry of metals, it protects against corrosion, enhances aesthetic qualities and resists scratching. What better symbol of protection and aspirations for a long and happy future.
This shop is currently being restocked, please bare with me.

Owner, Maker, Designer
I joined ETSY as a buyer in 2009 and was amazed by the variety and quality of work produced by the artisans. In 2012 I began to sell my own Anodised Aluminium and Sterling Silver Jewellery on the site and haven't looked back!
Shop policies
I enjoy the design phase most, so my hand-crafted jewellery is all one of a kind or limited editions and you will never find anyone else wearing the same piece.
PLEASE NOTE: Production methods and subtle differences resulting from the hand processes used mean that whilst items are as closely matched in shade/form as possible, subtle differences may occur.
Equally as the dancing leaf forms are created by from sheet, each is a unique shape and 'twists' vary.
SIZE OF FORMS: As a general rule, small leaves vary between 5mm-7mm in diameter, medium leaves are approx 20mm diameter whilst large leaf forms are approx 30mm diameter. These are approximations and I purposefully create them so each is slightly different.
These processes ensure that you will receive something totally individual.
Can’t get better than that! :)
Feel free to contact me if you have questions about anything in my shop or concerns about my shop policies.

Additional policies and FAQs
Store your jewellery in air tight container lined with an acid free paper (some velvets lining trays and the like can accelerate tarnish I have found)
The colour on the aluminium is permanent, waterproof (has been known to survive being in the washing machine), will not tarnish or fade in sunlight or seawater. It is generally scratch proof but if rubbed repeatedly with another metal a dull cast will result on the surface so best to avoid this.
Sterling silver tarnishes, especially when exposed to salt air and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some papers. However, silver that is regularly used typically needs less care, so we encourage you to wear your silver every day.
The silver that it is combined with (the neck chains, bracelet links, jumprings and ear wires) will need cleaning from time to time. Any form of silver polish will do although Silverdip is not recommended (will damage the aluminium).
RECOMMENDED: The most convenient and unmessy way to clean off tarnish on silver is to use a polishing cloth such as Goddards blue polishing cloth (sold in Sainsbury's for example). Equally, if the aluminium ever appears dull (unlikely), a quick dip in soapy washing up water should bring its irridescent sparkle back-dry immediately to avoid 'spotting'.
POGOJEWELLERY DOES NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF SILVER DIP DYES FOR PRODUCTS CONTAINING ANODISED ALUMINIUM ELEMENTS. Damage resulting from use of a dip dye is the customer's responsibility.
OXIDISED FINISHES:
If your item has this finish, it will have been specified in the description. An "oxidized" finish is the deliberate blackening of crevices in the ornamentation of a silver object to make its decorative details stand out more clearly. Take care as this finish can be removed by overzealous cleaning and polishing.
